Does shutting off the power and cameras trigger the alarm in the compound? Because I did this, entered the compound via drainage tunnel and the alarm had sounded in the compound.
Hop into a weaponized heli/jet and blast every objective Buzzard and just WING IT. The Helis spawn so close and so above you they won't have time to catch you and then despawn. After 5 or so waves the game stops sending them.
What does the cutting powder do, and how can I "poison" the water tower? Or do I just need to aproach it?
